Some example costs that may be reduced or prevented by having a regular property check in. The below damages may not be covered by insurance if your property has been vacant for an extended period of time.

Our cottage check in service starts at $49.99 $44.99 (until Sept.) for a monthly check-in. This includes a detailed report along with photos of your property.
